Commercial Real Estate Media

Commercial real estate is all about visibility. Buyers and investors want to see the full picture before they make a move: the site, the access, the surrounding development, and how the property sits in all of it. Aerial property overviews and marketing video answer that in a way a ground-level photo can't.

Coverage runs from a single listing package to site progression updates through a development's build-out. Residential listings are handled the same way, paired with interior and exterior photography, floor plans, walkthroughs, fly-through video, and 360° virtual tours, delivered directly or through our sister company Str8 Shooters Photography.

S.02How a job runs

Booked around the listing, not the calendar.

A property shoot has one job: get the listing looking like the best version of itself before it goes live. That means timing, not just coverage.

  1. 01

    Scope the package

Commercial or residential, which deliverables the listing needs, and when it goes live. That decides whether this is an aerial visit or a full media day with interiors, floor plans, and a tour.

    Listing scope
  2. 02

    Prep & time the shoot

Property prepped, lights on for twilight exteriors, and the flight timed to the hour that suits the building's orientation. A west-facing façade and an east-facing one are not the same appointment.

    Golden hour
  3. 03

    Shoot air and ground

Aerial overview and context first, then exteriors, interiors, and any fly-through that links the two. One visit, one crew, one consistent look.

    Air + ground
  4. 04

    Deliver listing-ready

Edited, sized for MLS and the brochure, and delivered as a package the agent can upload without resizing anything.

Who this is for.

Commercial real estate is about visibility. Buyers and investors want the full picture before they move.

  • 01

    Commercial brokers

Industrial, retail, office, and land listings that need to show access, parking, and what surrounds the site — the questions a buyer asks before they ask about the building.

  • 02

    Developers

Site progression through a build-out, plus the marketing set for pre-leasing. The same flight positions each visit, so the sequence actually reads as progress.

  • 03

    Land & acreage

Boundaries, topography, and frontage shown from the air, which is the only way to make a large parcel legible in a listing photo.

  • 04

    Residential listings

Full listing media through Str8 Shooters Photography — photography, video, floor plans, and 360° tours — with the aerials shot by the same team on the same visit.

Drone real estate photography has been part of this business from the start, and the speciality has always been land and surroundings rather than just the roofline — the things that decide a commercial deal.

Residential listings run through Str8 Shooters Photography, our sister company, which covers Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro with full interior and exterior photography, floor plans, and 3D tours.

S.05Questions

Commercial Real Estate Media, answered.

01Do you do residential listings as well as commercial?

Yes. Commercial work is handled directly; full residential listing packages run through our sister company, Str8 Shooters Photography, which covers Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas with photography, videography, floor plans, and 3D tours. Same team, same visit.

02Are the images MLS-ready?

Yes — delivered already sized and formatted for MLS upload as well as at full resolution for brochures and print. Nobody on your side should be resizing anything.

03How quickly can you shoot before a listing goes live?

Usually within a few days, weather permitting. Tell us the go-live date when you book, because twilight exteriors and the right sun angle both narrow the window and they're worth planning around.

04Can you document a development through construction?

Yes, and it's a different product to a listing shoot. Site progression means scheduled repeat flights from fixed positions so week-over-week change is obvious, delivered as stills, orthomosaics, and timelapse for investor updates.

05What about properties outside Oklahoma City?

The metro is home ground — Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Mustang, Midwest City, Nichols Hills, and Guthrie — and we cover rural central Oklahoma and Tulsa routinely. Beyond that, travel is quoted up front.

06Who owns the photos when the property sells?

You keep the right to use them for the listing and your own marketing. If the images are going to be resold or passed to a third party, tell us at booking so the terms cover it.
